A shocking incident has come to light in Karachi, where a man has been caught trying to sell a green painted hen as a parrot on the popular online marketplace OLX.
The seller had posted an advertisement on the website, claiming to be selling a parrot for PKR 6,500. He had painted the hen green and even claimed that it made sounds similar to that of a parrot.
According to the OLX ad, the “parrot” for sale was green in colour and had a strange habit of making sounds like a chicken in the morning.
The ad read, “Parrot for sale. Green colour. Baatein nai krta bus subah murgio jaisi awaz niklta hai pta nai q. Only interested people DM me.”
